1. Booking and Reservations

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A valid credit card is required to secure a booking.
• The lead guest must be at least 21 years old. 

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of check in.
• Additional charges (smoking fee, excessive cleanup needed) must be settled upon checkout.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made by 6 pm day of arrival.
• Non-arrival (no-show) guests will forfeit their deposit or be charged for the first night. 

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: Guaranteed by 4 pm
• Check-out time: Noon
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

5. Hotel Policies and Guest Conduct

• The hotel is a non-smoking facility. Violations may incur cleaning fees.
• Pets allowed for $10 per pet, per night fee.
• The hotel reserves the right to evict guests who violate policies without refund. 

6. Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal valuables.
• Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property. 

7. Force Majeure

• The hotel is not liable for failures to perform due to causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations. 

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of State of Idaho
