At Triple Play Resort Hotel & Suites, there are a number of questions that our guests frequently ask us, so we compiled this helpful list. If I stay at the Triple Play Resort Hotel & Suites, is the waterpark included?

The hotel offers access to Raptor Reef Indoor Water Park and Triple Play Family Fun Park in the form of hotel packages including overnight accommodations, breakfast and tickets to the parks. Please consult a reservations agent for details on packages or purchasing individual tickets.

If check in is at 4:00 p.m. and I get there early, can I pick up my Raptor Reef or Triple Play entrance passes early?

Yes. Prepay for your package and play before your room is ready.

How old do I need to be to check in at Triple Play Resort Hotel & Suites?

All guests need to be 21 or older in order to register and check in at Triple Play Resort Hotel & Suites. Please be sure to have your ID with you.

How many people can I fit into my hotel room?

All 95 of the rooms at Triple Play Resort Hotel & Suites have maximum occupancy limits.We have a number of different room types to choose from that sleep from 2-8 people. Ask a reservationist for a room that best suits your needs. 

Do you have Birthday Party Packages?

While we do not have a specific Birthday Package, Triple Play Resort Hotel & Suites will gladly rent you an overnight guest room that includes access to Raptor Reef, Triple Play or both. Triple Play also offers great package choices with access to attractions for large groups. 

Do you allow pets in your hotel?

Yes, we do allow pets in our hotel. The fee is $10 a day per pet; however, we ask that guests do not leave pets in their room unattended. If you will be leaving for the day, we have a list of kennels in the area where you can safely leave your pet(s). Please bring your pet’s immunization records from your vet, as most kennels require them.
